I need a professional team to carry out the fitting. Could you provide a fitting service?

Please send your address, contact details and some information about your project and we will send you details of a recommended fitting team in your area.

Do you provide CAD files for architects?

Yes; please send your company details, information about the project and the product which you want to use and we will supply you with CAD files.

Do you send samples?

Yes, we do. However, because of the hand-made production and time consuming preparation of samples, we are obligated to charge minimum £12 including VAT for each one. This amount will be deducted from your invoice after purchase. Also, we are organising sample hire and sample presentations for architects, please send your request including project description via email.

How should I cancel my order or return my item?

You can cancel orders of stock products but we do not accept cancellation of products made to order. To cancel or return your purchase please send us an email or letter advising that you want to cancel the order. Return delivery charges can be applied. If you want to return the item because your goods were damaged during delivery, please report any damages within 14 days of the delivery before you start fitting our products. Please send us pictures if there is any damage as it will help with your return application. For more information, please read our ‘Terms & Conditions’

DELIVERY

I want to place an order. When will my delivery arrive?

Delivery time depends upon individual purchases; stock products will be delivered within 2 working days. If the product is out of stock, then the maximum lead time is 20 working days. Made to order products will be delivered within 1 – 3 weeks or slightly longer for orders over 20 square meters. Please fill in the contact form and we will respond with an exact availability and a delivery date.

What happens if I discover breakages or damage?

If damages are discovered, please report this as soon as possible. Make a note of the problem when signing for your goods and take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem. How will you send my goods?

We deliver all orders on a pallet and the delivery service is only to the street level. Clients are responsible for bringing goods inside the property and attending to the unpacking of the pallet.

GYPSUM PRODUCTS

Can I fit the gypsum panels myself?

We recommend using a trader with good painting and decorating skills.

What paints can I use on the Wavy panels finish?

We highly recommend water-based, matt emulsion paints.

When can I paint gypsum panels?

We recommend painting gypsum panels after they’ve been installed and filled.

CONCRETE PRODUCTS

Can I fit the concrete tiles myself?

We recommend you use a trader with good tiling skills.

What paints can I use with it?

It doesn’t require painting; they are coloured in base.

Do I need to use any protection on concrete tiles?

That depends on usage, they don’t have to be sealed on standard interior walls, however we recommend using concrete sealer on external walls, in wet areas and on the floors.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Can you send me any samples of your bespoke designs?

Yes, but this is time consuming so we have to charge for this service.

What materials do you use for bespoke projects?

We use decorative concrete, gypsum, MDF, plywood, solid wood and finishing materials as paints and varnishes.

Is there a minimum order value for bespoke projects?

Yes, £500.00 is our starting price for the bespoke service.

Can you create drawings for our bespoke project?

Yes, no problem but we charge for this service. Email us for more details.
