Please send your address, contact details and some information about your project and we will send you details of a recommended fitting team in your area.
Do you provide CAD files for architects?
Yes; please send your company details, information about the project and the product which you want to use and we will supply you with CAD files.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we do. However, because of the hand-made and time-consuming preparation of samples, we are obligated to charge £12.00 for small samples, and from £60.00 for bespoke samples. This amount will be deducted from your invoice after purchase.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders of stock products within 14 days, however, we do not accept cancellation of products made to order. To cancel or return your purchase please send us an email advising that you want to cancel the order. Return delivery charges can be applied.
DELIVERY
What is the lead time?
Delivery time depends upon individual purchases; stock products will be delivered within 1-2 working days. If the product is out of stock or made to order, then usually lead time is 1-4 weeks. Please fill in the contact form and we will respond with an exact availability and a delivery date.
What happens if I discover breakages or damage?
If you want to return the item because your goods were damaged during delivery, please report damages within 48 hours after delivery. Make a note of the problem on the driver’s delivery note and send us pictures of each single damaged item. For more information, please visit the “Terms & Conditions” page.
How my goods will be delivered?
We deliver all orders on a pallet and the delivery service is only to the street level. Clients are responsible for bringing goods carefully inside the property.
3D PANELS
Can I fit 3D panels myself?
Our 3D Panels collection is made of casting plaster, and can be cut with a standard hand saw or multi-tool. They are dedicated to trades or DIY people with basic painting and tiling skills.
What paints can I use on my 3D panels wall?
We recommend water-based, matt emulsion paints but they can be painted with any other paint designed for walls and ceilings.
When can I paint 3D panels?
3D panels can be painted before or after fitting.
CONCRETE TILES, BRICK SLIPS, STONE CLADDING
Can I fit the concrete tiles myself?
Yes, if you got some DIY skills or just use a handyman with a tiling skills.
What paints can I use with it?
It doesn’t require painting; they are coloured in base.
Do I need to use any protection on concrete tiles?
That depends on usage, they don’t have to be sealed on standard interior walls, however we recommend using concrete sealer on external walls, in wet areas and on the floors.
WOODEN TILES
How can I fit wooden tiles?
Wooden tiles collection can be cut with a standard hand saw or multi-tool and fit with any high-tack adhesive (e.g. CT1). They are dedicated to trades or DIY people with basic fitting skills.
Should I paint or impregnate wooden tiles?
Wooden tiles do not require painting or impregnation, however, we recommend sealing them in bathrooms or kitchens if they will have contact with water.
BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Can you send me any samples of your bespoke designs?
Yes, but this is time consuming so we have to charge for this service.
What materials do you use for bespoke projects?
We use all types of wooden boards, solid wood, concrete, gypsum and finishing materials as paints and varnishes.
Can you create drawings for our bespoke project?
Yes, no problem but we charge for this service. Email us for more details.
