How to order if is not option to buy online?

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom however, due to increased demand, and a desire to deliver the best service possible, our showroom is now open by appointment only. Experienced staff will be on hand to help and advise.

Are your products for DIY clients? What support will be given, if I purchase an item in 3D Art Factory?

Some of our products are DIY friendly (collections Wood and Decor) as we offer support and provide all appropriate instructions and tips for proper fitting. However we do recommend that all our customers seek professional assistance when using our products and are consider that all building works required some skills and practice. Can be fitted by adult person who got some practice and knowledge to operate with a hand tools: brush, roller, hand saw, level, spatula etc.

Can be fitted by adult person who got some practice and knowledge of high standard operations using hand and electric tools: brush, roller, hand saw, level, spatula, electric saw, angle grinder or electric driller.

PROFESSIONAL Level
Should be fitted by skilled and trained professional, with appropriate tools, ppa, method statement, work instructions and risk assessment.

What is minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. Please check the description on the product or send us an email and we will respond to your requirements.


How should I cancel order or return my item?

In order to cancel or return your purchase please sends as an email or letter that you want to cancel order. Return delivery charges can be applied. If you want to return item because your goods were damaged during delivery, please report any damages before start fitting our products. Please feel free to send us pictures if there is any damage as it will help with your return application. For more information please read our Terms & Conditions .


I want to place an order. When my delivery will arrive?

Delivery time depending on individual purchases; stock products will be dispatched within 2 working days but if product is currently out of stock maximum lead time will be 14 days. Made to order products will be dispatched within 2-6 weeks or slightly longer for order over 20 square meters. Please fill in contact form and we will respond with exact available delivery date.


What happens, if I discover breakages or damages?

If damages are discovered please report this as soon as possible. Make a note of the problem when signing for your goods and take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem.
